Your access and use of this Site (ProblemPoker.com) and its services bind you to this Agreement. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use for this site, you may not use the site or its services.

Material on this Site is the copyrighted property of Ethel, LLC (“Ethel”). All rights reserved. The information and images presented here may not under any circumstances be reproduced or used without prior written permission. Users may view and download material from this Site only for personal, non-commercial home use. To reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or publicly display material from this Site you will need written permission from Ethel.

Ethel shall retain all ownership in the Site and all content displayed on the Site.  Ethel grants Visitors a nonexclusive, revocable right to use the Site provided that you do not (i) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, (ii) modify or attempt to modify the Site in any manner or form.

Users agree not to use the Site to sell or trade any good or service, or for any other commercial purpose. Users may not use language that is threatening, abusive, vulgar, discourteous or criminal. Users also may not post or transmit information or materials that would violate rights of any third party or which contains a virus or other harmful component.  Ethel reserves the right to remove or edit any messages or material submitted by users.

Ethel is not responsible for material submitted to Ethel or posted in chat rooms or on bulletin boards by site users. By communicating with Ethel, however, users grant Ethel permission to use any information, suggestions, ideas, drawings or concepts communicated for any purpose Ethel chooses, commercial, public or otherwise, without compensation whatsoever.

EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Ethel DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY Ethel OR THE SITE WILL BE FREE FROM BUGS, DEFECTS, OR ERRORS, OR ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.

Ethel does not make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of this Site or its content or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through use of this Site.

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will Ethel be liable for special or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the materials in this Site. In no event shall Ethel liability to a user for any loss, damage or claim exceed the amount paid by the user for accessing this Site.

If you have been granted the right to display Ethel's logo or link(s) on your site via an Agreement, Ethel hereby grants to you a nonexclusive, royalty-free, nontransferable, nonsublicenseable right to display the Ethel link on your site solely in connection with the terms and conditions hereunder. You agree not to alter of modify the Ethel link or display the Ethel link in any manner that is disparaging or otherwise damages Ethel's goodwill. Your breach of any of the foregoing obligations may result in immediate termination of your Agreement by Ethel. Upon termination or expiration of your Agreement, you will promptly remove any Ethel links from your site.
